Sports Illustrated first mock draft

Recommended Posts

Saw that earlier today too.

I love it!!!!

Right now, I'd take Amari or Gurley over any of the OTs. That's how much I love those two.

A rookie OT isn't going to help us win a SB as much as having Cooper or Gurley next year.

you can't be serious with taking Gurley in the first. Do you watch our games? RB is very far from our biggest needs, not to mention all the money we have up tied up in the position and the current move away from RBs

I'd love Cooper in the first, and if we're taking him it means we continued on our current trajectory and we'll have a high pick in the 2nd also so we should theoretically have a shot at a starting caliber LT with that pick.  Cooper-LT-S then a mix of LB, RB, CB in the rest of the rounds and get a new RT in FA and we'll be sitting pretty with our brand new coaching staff.

Not anymore since he tore his ACL.

But, with Gurley you'll see a better OL. Dwill is so terrible. Stewart has been running well so we won't draft one early. Doesn't mean we won't draft a RB tho.
