Job Experience @ Wake Forest Baptist Hospital

Just curious to see if any of you folks work at, or know of someone who works at Baptist Hospital particular in the Institute of Regnerative Medicine.  I'm receiving some interest to fill a position they have open and wanted to see if any knew how it is working there, benefits, etc.

No job experience, but I know of a couple cancer patients and an ortho patient who have had nothing but good things to say about the people who do work there.

 

By the way, would the regenerative medicine department be the folks Ron Rivera needs to talk to about growing a set of balls again?

Found out its not at the hospital. It's actually in Piedmont Triad Research Park.

My mom has worked there for about 30 years and has worked directly with Dr. Atala in the hospital and Institute for about a decade or so. PM me with specific questions.

They're in a battle for their lives with Cone Health, Novant and the UNC school of med programs.

Its amazing Forsythe is even still there.

I have lived in Winston a long time, and I have never even heard of anyone having a bit of problem in the parking lot.  Winston Salem's west end has a few not so nice spots, but by and large that area is one of the safer areas of the city.  I use to jog thru there a few years ago just about every weekday.  And the Hospital is as clean as the come and ranked as one of the top Hospitals in the country.  You sure you aren't thinking of some other place?

I had to take my son there for Croup and there were bugs everywhere and the floors were dirty. Not to mention MRSA is everywhere in that hospital. A few years ago my aunt was mugged in the parking deck.

My experience there as both a patient and a husband of a patient was much different.
