Tolbert is on injured reserve/designated for return.  I believe that is 6-games....and then the player can come back.  Tolbert is supposed to be ready for the Nov 30 Vikings game after the bye

Not sure how long RB Chris Ogbonnaya will be be around but I consider him a competent backup. Chris plays hard,has experience and while he is not great at any one thing,he is decent doing most.

I'm pretty sure that this signing was to prevent our Division rival Saints from signing him.

Ingram is about to play SF with an injured shoulder and would not be playing at all if not for the fact that Robinson and Thomas are both out with injuries.

I think this was more of a strategic move on the FOs part, by not allowing a proven stop gap to fall into enemy hands. I also realize that this is purely speculation on my part, and that based on this FO's track record, there's no reason for us to believe that they're that smart.

Still, it makes sense from where I sit.
