Hairston does bring some energy similar to Dell back in the day. Most of his shots look good but at the same time most of us realize he needs to improve in a lot of areas to become a consistent impact player

The good thing about having Hairston on the floor is this.  Our stengths as a team sort of mask his weaknesses.  His strengths as a player are the things we are weak at as a team.  So no he's not a star.  He's has a chance to be a valuable role player specifically because of what he's good at not because of what he needs to improve upon.....which he will.  He has a lot of learning to do, but he brings good energy and he spreads the floor.
