So I don't remember hearing his name at any point he was on the field last night, but I do remember seeing him getting to recievers on opposite sides of the field pretty damn quick. Was he just shutting down his man that well last night?

Exactly. The only time you hear a CB's name called, even if he breaks up a play, it means that he did something wrong and let his man get open for a brief bit. I didn't hear his name on a defensive play. Once. But I saw his damn number everywhere.

I hope everyone can see that C.J. Wilson will not be our nickel now. He looked equally horrible last preseason, but everyone seemed to forget that when one of the beat writers published an article touting him as the next up-and-comer in the secondary.

I've yet to see it.

Gruden mentioned him on one of the tackles he made (one on special teams and one as an assist to Lehman on a pass play). Other than that, his side of the field was quiet whenever he was out there.

I said the same thing last night... The man was on his job b/c his name wasn't called at all on defense. He even looked like he was gonna F somebody up when he was lining up in front of the receivers. We definitely got some grand theft going on from the draft with Goodson and Munnerlyn.
