E:60 piece on Cam

Yeah, because college success determines who is a better NFL QB. Come on now. Luck is on pace to break Peyton Manning's season passing record IN ONLY HIS 3RD YEAR, he has taken his team to the playoffs every year he has been in the NFL, and is only getting better. Give me that guy anyday of the week over a streaky, inconsistent, showboaty QB.

Luck sho' is lucky to have a HC and an OC that has faith in him and WANTS to use all of his skills and athleticism rather than an HC/OC that wants to pour him into their mold of "steady, workmanlike QB that manages the game".

Good for Luck in satisfying the faith that his HC/OC has in him.  But it sure must be nice as a QB having that support behind you studying film, in the locker room, on the sideline, calling plays, and on the field.

I agree with that. Not to mention they brought in his college TE who Luck is very comfortable with. Cam has a horrible supporting cast when it comes to helping him progress. See, y'all just think I hate Cam which is not the case. I just think Luck is going to be one of the top 5 QB's in history when it is all said and done while Cam will have a career similar to McNabb or Vick. Nothing personal, I just don't think Cam is a very good QB when you consider the whole body of work and all the aspects of a QB.

I support Cam.

I believe he is  special athlete and a special QB.

He will not be a cookie cutter QB and if that is what was wanted, they should not have drafted him.

It is really an absolute shame that he has to carry an offense that does not work and people don't see it.  I believe he has been beat up and is tired of it.

Film tells one story and even some people looking at film see different things.  Bottom line, he is the face of the franchise along with Luke, end of story.

I'll give him props, when he could have been in a hotel room in Miami like Capernick, he was back at Auburn.  His family, like it or not, grounds him.

He seems to be growing into a role he never expected to be in.

I felt the E60 was very biased.  Just my opinion.   Darkness can be found in all of us if probed enough and certainly in the sports world there are few choir boys.   I don't believe he trusts the news media at all and who could blame him.

I watched his series on the internet and from that, my opinion of him truly formed.  It was his words.  It was his story.  He seemed genuine and truthful as he knew his words where his words.

At the end of the day, he is one of 32 people on earth that play QB in the NFL.  Put better pieces around him and better results will be had.

Luck makes more potentially disaster throws than Cam.....he just is like his name says, lucky.

People moan about Cam's high throws and praise Luck. Luck puts balls right in the hands of defenders at a high rate. For whatever reason defenders rarely make him pay. Luck could easily lead the league in INTs. Many would act surprised when they shoudn't be.

Cam as a 4th year QB is dang good when you factor in what is put on his shoulders and his scenario.

Put Wilson in Cam's shoes to date.....he wouldn't be starting IMO. People gloss over the other elements that should be in all these conversations.
