This is risky, but is wrong to want a blue collar work ethic?

I was actually took some time off from the huddle after the last game, I hate it when we can't close a game...I still think we have a chance to win this division but over the last couple of losses something been getting on my nerves...

Newtons's first down celebrations, especially when behind....this is not a Newton bashing thread, it's just that doesn't this team to need to get back to a more blue collar work ethic---that they work as a team and that individuality and showmanship is put on the back burner? even TD celebrations when behind could be knocked off...the job is to win, not celebrate your stats...

This team needs to work as unit to get wins, they all have to have a good game to win now..we don't have any stars (except Star) and RR needs to return to a team concept.

Isn't that RR's MO anyway? should this team reflect his personality?

this is only place I could bring this up, so if it's been talked about to death forgive me and lock this up.

But if we are going to start getting traction, something has to change and attitude doesn't cost a dime...

Its hard to say for me. Im not big on doing the Superman or 1st down if we are gettn whooped. But i would welcome Norman's 'hype the crowd' after a big play to get crowd in it. So i think it depends. I have no problem with celebrations in general, but there are times to just walk back to huddle/sideline.

I don't mind his superman celebrations, what I don't like about it is how long his teammates have to stand and wait for him to finish before congratulating him, like when he scored against NO last Thursday. It looks so awkward.

I think there is a poster here with a signature that shows Jordan Gross about to congratulate him and he starts his superman and Jordan just walks away.
