Wifey got a job in one of the high rises but come to found out parking is not provided.  Any cheap parking around South Tryon and Stonewall?  Don't mind paying $1k a year if available.

I had a relatively great deal on parking when I worked uptown. I still paid $75 a month / $900 a year. IIRC, parking south of Trade St. usually ran a pretty good bit higher.

The Mint Street Parking deck is $90 a month, and I believe thats on the cheaper end for that area.

It is directly across from the stadium. Also keep in mind that many employers offer money towards parking in the form of commuter benefits. She may want to ask around with her co-workers.

how do you check waiting list?  How do I know which available?  Do I have to call or is there a way to check?
