Free Agency or Draft

I am not hating on Ginn I am indirectly questioning the decision to let him go in the first place. if we didn't want him this year why would we want him next year? why would he want to come back? We pretty much said he sucked and we could do better.

we did want to re-sign him, this has been reported multiple times. Arizona's contract offer was better than ours.

Why would he re-sign here?  He's comfortable with our system, knows he will play on offense, was building good chemistry with Cam, and we revitalized his career. Not too farfetched to think he would like to play for us again

Yeh because Ginn is really the answer to this teams problems...

I think we still need more talent at the WR position.

Honestly I think we are good for a year.  These routes and play calls are half the battle of getting these WR's open.  Avant and Cotchery weren't in the league for multiple years by not getting open and being consistently dependable.  If the play calling isn't allowing them to do what they do best, it hinders all greatly.

Olsen/KB are solid, Philly Brown is developing as well as Bersin.  Hill is a questionable addition, but even then if we can pick up a WR within the first 3 rounds, it would help greatly.

Would look to be active in FA...maybe trade a low-round pick (5th-7th) for a player if possible

Most important thing -- Gettleman has to learn from this past offseason. Cason, Harper, Dickson, Chandler...all bad signings for STARTERS.

Next offseason, you have to get some hog mollies

FA

Sign WR Rod Streater

Sign LT Michael Roos

Suck it up and re-sign DE Greg Hardy if he's found innocent

If we decide not to, make a push for an elite pass rusher such as JPP or Justin Houston

2013 Draft

1 - Star (Good-Great Starter[slumping a bit])

2 - Short (Great Starter)

4 - Kugbila (Off team)

5 - Klein (Below Average-Average Starter)

6 - Barner (Off team)

2014 Draft

1 - KB (Good starter with great potential)

2 - Ealy (Coming around/has potential)

3 - Turner (Coming around/has potential)

4 - Boston (Has more potential than current Safeties)

5 - Bene (Looked good, but has been injured)

6 - Gaffney (Belicheck'ed)

Past drafts under Gettleman were good. Have to go for a Left Tackle in the 1st round though. Draft a speed WR in the 2nd or 3rd
