Well if we make the playoffs then obviously the staff has found a way to make things work with the shittiest o-line and secondary in the NFL. So they did their job.

Being completely honest and without reading any other post in this thread, I'd rather the Panthers make the Playoffs, go as deep as we possibly can and make the necessary staff changes because the FO knows that it needs to be done...

Yes cause right now its the worse times in Rivera/Cam era. At this moment I don't see us winning more than 2 games tbh. The way I see it we need to win atleast 8 games in competition with the Saints. If that happens or even better with every thing that has happened so far, I say keep Rivera. Shula has to go though no ifs & buts. We need to upgrade to the times

I want us to win out, win the Super Bowl, draft a franchise LT and Speedy WR, fire Shula and replace him with a real offensive coordinator and then win then win the next 20 Super Bowls.

I've always been of the opinion that you should always win every game you can because you never know when you'll get the next chance.

Regardless of how I feel on the coaching staff, if they somehow managed to actually make it to the playoffs this year I can't necessarily fault them being retained after this year, especially considering how mind numbingly terrible it is been so far.

But at the same time currently I am fully expecting them not to make the playoffs, if they were they would've won last Thursday night.but now I'm more curious about what the changes might be coming down the road, because I do believe the changes indeed coming after the season one way or another.
