Looking for silver linings here as we begin our fall into the NFC South standings.

 

If nothing else might 28 and 34 put on a bit of a show for us the rest of the season as almost certainly at least one if not both of their contracts will be purged from the books next year helping to end our cap hell?

When Fox was here, they used Double Trouble better.  Also they had a blocking fullback in Brad Hoover.  This read option offense along with our sloppy line, and Double Trouble is just in trouble.

Tolbert is a good runner, but I wouldn't consider him a blocking fullback.  Whether's the scheme or him, he's never had that kind of punch D-Will and Stew needs to help them attack the line of scrimmage.

When they've been healthy, both have looked very good, they just aren't being used well at all. I'm disappointed they aren't using them more in screens, given how well that worked last year.

Agree, they need more touches.  Even with the poor blocking, both seem to be able to make something from nothing.  Especially when running around the ride end.
