Don't want to say it but...

No.  Not with games against the Falcons2x, Vikings, Browns, and Bucs at home still to play at the end of the season.  Rivera's teams have always turned it on at the end of the season and I expect the same.  Too little too late though.  6-9-1 or 7-8-1 is the final record.

Well, I must say that I started thinking about draft position and implications last night.  As always, I do hold out hope however.

Yes but we have help out hope for 20 years. We were promised a Ring in 10....I want a fugging Super Bowl W. Just like everyone here.

Browns look good sometimes...got pounded by the Jaguars on the road though.  Same old Browns, finish 7-9 and they will botch the QB situation and end up tanking with Johnny "sucks at" Football next year.

Already chalked up that game in New Orleans as a loss.  I listed the winnable games left on the schedule.

All games are winnable until "this" team steps off the bus.

    • Some of us may forget when Drew Brees “wasn’t” the great QB we faced in New Orleans. Prior to his HOF career, he was an afterthought in Dan Diego that was particularly liked by his coach Marty Schottenheimer.  But we all see how that turned out.  Bryce may never be the 2nd coming of Brees but let’s give him and the staff time to help him reach his potential.
    • Here’s another that we fans should keep in mind: Sometimes greatness takes time. Mahomes had the benefit of sitting a season behind Alex Smith after the Chiefs traded up to take him with the 10th pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. Young, last year’s top pick, started 16 games as a rookie, going 2-14, absorbing 62 sacks and posting the league’s worst passer rating.

He throws a really good ball,” Patrick Mahomes said. “I think Texas Tech was the first one to offer him when he was in eighth grade. I was at Texas Tech, so I remember watching his highlight tapes then and knew he was going to be a great player.”
