I want our team to be built like the Pats

Although I really dislike the Pats and there fans I have to say they have built a lasting product. Year in and year out they fill there holes with low tier FAs and gambles and it pays off because of good coaching and simply being flexible. I think the Giants have been built in a similar manor but maybe with better drafting and less troubled players. I hope to see a similar approach from DG in the future and it seemed he got it last year but didn't this year. Time will tell but at some point this organization needs to take risks in players that have reward and have a coach who they can trust to put good coaching on the field.

Any thoughts on how you guys would like to see our team structured?

It comes down to being adaptive as a coach and making adjustments when things aren't working, and that's what Belichick is good at. Conversely, Ron Rivera wants to shoehorn his players to play a certain style and then when it doesn't work he just shrugs his shoulders and goes, "I dunno they aren't executing but we're going to try and do the same exact thing next week hope it works lol"

Remember when the offensive line on the Pats was making Brady play like poo because they couldn't protect? 4 games later they've given up only 4 sacks.

Owner, Front Office, and Coaching makes them who they are, and unfortunately that isn't changing here anytime soon.

Brady was out for a year, they plugged in a bum, and kept rolling along.  Jerry has been responsible for a team that is mediocre at best, and usually poor for its entirey.  Spygate aside, they've had no problem ever been unprepared for an opponent.

Every game our coaching staff is discussed, and even a casual fan can notice the lack of good coaching.  It starts at the top, I'm tired of Cam shouldering all of the blame, it needs to be directed at those truly responsible.  There is no excuse for it.

I really can't think of many areas of this team that are in great shape as far as personnel and coaching.  We took steps back on defense last year, but we know that the potential is there.

Our offense has issues, and it starts with Ron and Shula, which makes Gettleman and Jerry ultimately responsible.  Their philosphy doesn't meet our personnel, and somehow we have glaring holes at every position on offense.
