No.

I know you love Cam, but he's not being TOLD to force passes to certain people. Jesus christ.

IT'S OKAY to admit Cam isn't perfect. He's a VERY GOOD QB. Not elite. He may be elite one day. But for crying out loud, it's ok to admit he's made a mistake. It doesn't make you less of a fan.

BB, I have admitted time after time when Cam has made a mistake.  I have no problem in recognizing that or admitting it.

But, there are a lot more problems going on here that make me think it's not that all of a sudden he has decided on his own to lock onto a guy for no fuging reason.  And he did it multiple times...  You think if he realized he made a mistake and didn't make the correct read that he would be sure not to do the same thing again?  Instead, he does it multiple times, sometimes even on consecutive passes.  LOL, no.

It's entirely possible that he is being told who to throw to on certain plays.  You want to talk about his overthrows, that's fine.  He's had some.  But, for him to just decide he is no longer going to throw to his best receiver because he is "making bad reads" or "not even looking his way " is just asinine.

As far as the Cam-Olsen thing, I have to wonder if Cam is being told to force it to KB?  I get the feeling that the front office and coaching staff have a huge ego problem, and often times, that overrides reason.

No. Remember back, when Jake was forcing everything to Smitty, because that was the only thing that saved him? KB is one of the few people who can catch the high fastballs that Cam throws. You want to get a TD in the red zone? Take KB out of the game.

We need Mike Mitchell and Greg Hardy back. That is for sure, sadly those are two guys you can just replace. Personally, Harper plays like an old man, and he takes his helmet off and you're like, holy shit batman, he is an old man.

The defense gave the Panthers two consecutive turnovers to start the game that yielded zero points.

Yes, let's keep blaming the defense.

You CANNOT blame the defense for this game OR the Seattle game.   You have to expect your offense to put 15-20 points AT LEAST.  You get two 1st quarter turnovers against Brees and the Saints and you get nothing for it.  THAT is a huge fail on the offense.  They had other 3 and outs too.  The first half was played really well by the defense mostly but eventually they get tired and eventually Brees WILL score.   This philosophy of running your defense to death and hoping we get lucky at the end is stupid.  Fox played like that and so does Rivera.  I blame Richardson, he keeps hiring the same lameduck conservative coaches, he's the common denominator here.

It's kind of common sense that it wasn't the defense last evening.  They just got gassed toward the end, it's obvious Shula has reverted back to last years anemic offense, and Cam has reverted back to The Golden Calf of Bristol.

This is the poo I don't understand:

Why not put Dickson or Williams in the backfield to help block and replace Avant or Cotchery in the passing game with Olsen? We literally negate our best receiver in Olsen to make him block.

You would think that would be plain as day.  But then again, our OC is Shula so maybe it shouldn't be so surprising.
