Gettleman got too confident after last season

I don't understand why everyone wants to talk about Gettleman on gameday. There are 45 players and a dozen coaches that played a bigger role in this game than Gettleman. Gettleman can't do anything until March. 

UNTIL MARCH???? Why is he going to off himself and do everyone a huge favor? Gettlemen is the fugging G.M. He can fugging do what ever and when ever he chooses...see Charles Godfrey. He chooses not to help this team because he is setting R.R. up to fail so he can bring in his own Coach. R.R. is not his guy. Mark my words!!

People just hate his guts. He hasn't had enough time or money to make this team the way he'd want. FFS Jerry didn't even give him the convenience of being able to hire his own fuging coach. They usually let you do that when you get hired as GM.

I don't get where all this hate is coming from, to me his only big mistake was thinking he could pull together an oline out of nothing, arrogant yes.

But I like him as a talent evaluator, KB, kony, trai, boston, Bene, and Philly are all contributing, that's pretty impressive.

Like he said it's a process. I put more blame on coaching staff than DG.

but seriously with how bad our division is there's no excuse for how talent deprived this team is this year and how we've been all but knocked out of playoff contention. This team has got worst at every position just about since the off-season,the wr's are under achieving, the secondary is trash, our d line is under-performing, and our o line is made up d1 prospects

 

Rivera and shula are not coaches that can make chicken salad out of chicken Sh*t, they need decent players to be effective

I guess some of y'all want Gettleman to operate like Tampa, how every off season they've made big free agent splashes or a first round pick that football pundits love, yet they're in the same situation we are. Maybe worse. I don't know what some of you guys want him to do, especially knowing the salary cap hell situation he inherited from his predecessor. 

 

Tampa doesn't have Cam Newton...........
