This was always going to happen. Trial dates in NC mean nothing, there are cases that have been waiting YEARS. There's a good chance it continues to get pushed back and doesn't happen until late 2015 or even 2016.

 

I hope it gets pushed back to 2037 and Hardy never gets to play again.  That motherfuger screwed us with his dumbassery and I hope he winds up broke and on the street before 2016 gets here.

Supposedly Hardy is going to ask to be taken off the exempt list and re-instated. We'll see how that goes (not holding my breath).

Half the people in the thread trying to hang Hardy have NO clue of any details of the case, obviously. Hardy called the cops, not the money hungry bitch that dated nelly or whoever it was and tried to get cash off them. Said stupid bitch also admitted to several witnesses that will testify that hardy didnt hit her and was defending himself from her. So basically what this is is JR kissing king Roger's ass for no fuging reason and Roger trying to keep his job because rice punched his wife and the medias hot button for that 2 weeks period was domestic violence in the NFL which may I add is significantly lower by percentage than non-nfl rate. I think the constitution has something in it about innocent until proven guilty and due process. I guess the NFL doesnt have to do that and the NFLPA is too busy trying to make sure Tom Brady and Brees dont get a hangnail from being hit too hard to take any interest in something that is legitimately wrong
