Newton sings the Super Mario theme

I'm not going to lie, given how this team has performed the last few weeks I would like Cam to take a more business like approach. It's ok to laugh and run around playing when your winning, but when your losing it just comes off as wrong.

I saw this yesterday and I was also surprised. I'm all for joking and stuff when we are winning but in the midst of losing, it sends a different message.

I can understand that, but I don't really have a problem with this.

You can't be in constant 'doom and gloom' state and expect to pull out of a funk.

It really is strange the stuff that is broadcast by the media.  Peyton Manning is always stuff which makes him look very intelligent, breaking down plays, and giving all this insight.  Tom Brady is always smug pompous answers.  Cutler is always whining.  Romo is always apologizing.  Newton is always acting childish or immature.

I really do not understand it.  They're all very good players and likely very similar in their knowledge of the game but you seldom see any source using Newton to really analyze or talk football IQ.

I see the point to these posts, I really do but I think its a tad bit hypocritical.

When people have a bad day at work and they are so impacted by it that four days later they are acting out of character and like someone other than their normal self it does not bode well.

When I have a bad day at work I like to blow off steam and even sometimes joke about it and put it behind me so it does not impact anything going forward.  Bottling that stuff up is not the right thing to do.  If everyone in a high stress job did  what you expect Cam to do then I would expect to see a huge increase in suicides, heart attacks and dog kicks.

He is human, makes mistakes and should be called out for them but should also be allowed to put them behind him.

The media has their agenda.
