Plus, I'm not sure if you want your starting PG going through the season a possible lame duck.  If we weren't going to resign him, we would have brought in a starter this off season via free agency.  Besides who's out there that's better that's available?

I'm not the biggest fan, but its a tad high for me. I had a nice fair value of 10 mill per, but that was before the new tv deal. 12 is about right, no problem. Horents have a hard time signing most FAs, so this nothing crazy high.

This is great news..and a fair deal..walker is one of the more underrated PG's in the NBA..glad they got him locked up!

It's the exact same deal that Lowry got and Lowry is a substantially better player.

You completely ignored the context in which Curry signed that deal. He was coming off a major ankle injury and the Warriors gambled that he would be back to normal and be a great value. They gambled and it paid off, probably more than they could have hoped for.

Also since Curry signed that deal the market has changed considerably and will change again once the cap increases.

Kyle Lowry is approaching 30. Kemba is much younger and is not "substantially" worse.
