The problem with that analogy is that it assumes everyone is equal and the thing that makes the difference is training and decision making . In the NFL though talent is a huge factor which can't be taught just like size or speed. So a guy like Bell for example may not have the physical ability plain and simple so no matter of training will get him over the hump. So your analogy is really useless.

As for him not being aggressive he is considered one of the aggressive head coaches with his going for it on 4th down which he still does more than other coaches. Plus he takes ownership for all decisions whether he made them or not.. Again you seem way off base.

How do you figure Bell's physical abilities are not a part of the evaluation process? If training/teaching were not important than why do we have position coaches and hear about physically talented specimens needing to refine their technique and increase their football knowledge?

Please find some statistics to back up your later claim, otherwise it's about as useless as your response. <3
