Yeah this is true.

 

 

I also think this city is just tired of lame duck teams that underperform.  I have faith the Hornets won't be that team though.  It's a long season, like baseball, and teams go on streaks, it happens.

 

I just think the year the Panthers are having creates a runoff into other sports.  Each game in the NFL is very important so losses hurt worse.  Right now the fans, including myself, just need to remember that there are a lot more basketball games then football games.

lebron "dickriders" focus on LeBron's greatness.  Kobe dickriders turn everything back to why Kobe is better than LeBron.  Even though Kobe has never seen the day he's as good as LBJ

To me the only thing that may be worse than a Lakers fan are those that go out of their way to bash the Lakers. This thread is just teeming with unbiased fans that may only want to talk basketball and are in no way hurt that Kobe Bryant wanted to win championships with the Lakers instead of forever stay in mediocrity with Charlotte. Not everyone worships the ground that Kobe walks on but instead appreciate the fact that he helped the franchise that they pull for gain 5 championships.

Kobe is a douche but I'm very glad that he came to a franchise that I have loved since a child.

Im a Kobe fan and admired his game more then anyone's (except Dirk and Duncan) during his prime. However obnoxious, moronic bandwagon fans gets annoying fast. I think most people in this thread are actually joking also.

Jordan was winning championships back when Kobe was watching the "Be Like Mike" commercial on repeat.

And LeBron > Kobe. Not even a discussion for me anymore. Only thing I'd give Kobe the edge in is his fire and competitive nature. Prime LeBron is just simply a better player than prime Kobe.

This coming from someone that actually really likes Kobe. I just don't like how overrated he gets because fanboys get butthurt that a better player came around while Kobe was still playing and took his thunder. Hes still one of the greats. He WAS the man for a bit, but there were better players before him and since about 2008 LeBron has been the best in the league.
