The REAL problem with this organization.

But I know nothing i don't post a lot of ignorant bs, you know like benching cam or firing Ron and Shula after a 12-4 season and mid way thru a potential playoff appearance season now. We should spend all our cap space saved by cutting Steve, and others to pay some random FA tackle that's prob no better than what we have just to appease the idiots. Previous gm for doing so? Pick a side and stick to it is all I'm saying, I love this team Regardless and if u wanna bash me for it go ahead and prove me right. Run off those passionate and praise those who don't give a poo. Instead of pointing fingers back up this team despite the struggle, and then maybe you can expect perfection. Til then you give mediocrity thts what you will receive.

I'm convinced this guy sits in section 522. Sat in it for yesterday's game and it was the worst section I ever sat in at a game in all 4 major professional sports. Had a guy blaming the fans for the defense not gettin off the field on 3rd down because they didn't participate in the wave. The guy was also starting the wave with 2 mins left in the game.

Not Cam, Luke, Shula, Bell, Rivera, Gettleman or any person directly involved with the franchise.

It is you my fellow huddlers, with the exception of a handful this fan base is nearly the worst in the NFL. Week in and week out the emotion of this fan base is dang near menstrual. Its absolutely ridiculous, every week, win or lose you all have something to complain about. The best teams in the League all state their opinion, they all voice possible problems, and solutions, but none of them question the absolutes. Which is the fact that they love their team, they would

Punch their momma if they bad mouthed their pro-bowl qb, they would slap their sister if their pro-bowl linebacker was considered not so good by her lack of intelligence. Granted each team is a business and business decisions must be made to produce but i say the organization will never change until the fan base does. You guys keep doubting every coach, player, manager, mascot and water-boy, as a true die hard fan, I wont. Tho disappointed at the outcome of some games i have come

To realize that this is one tough as$ game and to expect perfection out

Of each and every aspect of the team is ludicrous. I want to see us succeed and i honestly think if the attitude of these whiney loser, couch potato coachin, elementary football educated fan base would step up and accept accountability on their part for not backing up their team and bashing locals when they cheer for any one other than the home team then MAYBE jus MAYBE our FO would take notice and operate the same way. Or how about showing up on a frigging HOME game and outnumbering THE TEAM VISITING. Now who you gone point

Fingers at, let the men work its mid season it is what it is and save your judging for the offseason.

We have a opportunity to be the first in our division, the first to do it

In franchise history for back to back winning seasons, and back to back playoff appearances and you guys wanna B1tCH about what? Byron bell being left handed? Shula's screen

Plays, cams high throws, tds missed

Tackles, rivera's balls, gettleman and his financial decisions and plan, kelvin not making one catch, luke missing a tackle, mcdermott's mcschemes? I could go on for days, and i would say if u think you are better then do it, but you know, your not, and half of you are prob not even coordinated enough to take a 3 step drop and hit a 15 yard dig across the middle on your 2 foot five inch nephew, not to mention fluently

Kick slide your ass newhere other than your fridge.

 The REAL problem with this team is the inability to honestly see what the REAL problem with this team has been for years now. I believe this team has honestly believe that winning will take care of the problems until they don't, then u go back to wondering what the REAL problems are. The REAL problem with this organization is, the teams' thought process. U cannot keep replacing one face with another, end up with the same result and not have to start wondering if the problem isn't a lot deeper than the players and coaches. 

 

Here is a clue...Every player and coach that goes from one team to another adopts to the thought process of the new team. If after 8 seasons u are still seeing the same issues arising despite having different face in those positions, then one has to believe that it's less the players and coaches and more the thought process of the team.  This team seems to want new faces to come in and change the image of the team but the thought process seems to remain intact.

 

From Cam, to Benjamin, to Luke, to even the coaches. if u say these are the faces of the team but continue to impose unto them the same though process that has brought  this team ZERO success or inconsistent success before they came onboard, then this team is continuing it's trend. If those who are within the group are continue to be in denial of this teams issues then those who come onboard will eventual adopt the same mindset and the problem will continue.

There is one answer to this and one answer to this only. The real problem is Jerry Richardson. It always has been and always will be. But it is chill he will get a free pass because he brought a team to the Carolina's. The man is amazing. First ever human being to bring a franchise to a city anywhere. So because of that amazing feat it will be taboo to blame him for anything.

There is one answer to this and one answer to this only. The real problem is Jerry Richardson. It always has been and always will be. But it is chill he will get a free pass because he brought a team to the Carolina's. The man is amazing. First ever human being to bring a franchise to a city anywhere. So because of that amazing feat it will be taboo to blame him for anything.

 

He is the elephant in the room that everyone wants to act like is not there. It should be blindingly obvious that JR is not capable of putting the pieces together to build a consistent winner. He is a man more concerned with the NFL and cap space than winning. He is out of touch and Gettleman is an idiot. So there.
