Someone needs to tell me how can Cam get into the 400 yard club? All the darn INTs I see Roger throwing and he's managed to already thrown for 400 yards, yet the Panthers has put upwards to 30 something points and Cam has barely racked up 300. I say the kid is being robbed. But it's Cam, no one cares.

Also, why does it seem a team that played the Panthers and won, turns around the following week and loses? This is becoming a pattern. Every team that has beaten the Panthers, so far has turned around the following seek and lost badly.

So what u're basically saying is, the workers work for the QBs on other teams but on this team the QB is the worker. The workers help the QB's stats by minimizing their own mistakes. Every dropped ball, lost of yardage and stop play, will hurt Cam's numbers more so than not.

Then why are fans on this team so quick to run to Cam's number and use them as proof that he's not playing well when in reality, it's the team that isn't playing well?

I found it interesting that Russell and Cam play about the same yesterday but Russell QBR rating was higher than Cams' and he was given credit for the game winning TD, which helps.  Yes, the workers on a team are made to realize that they work for the QB and not the other way around.

I think that is one of the fundamental issues with this team. The workers are trained to believe that the QB is there to work for them and their stats and not the other way around.
