These sentiments are true and yes, very sad. We've been put into a situation where Cam is getting very little in the terms of help. We still don't have a #2 WR. We have a bottom 5 O-line. Bottom 5 secondary. It's just trash.  

 

Unless we make some sweeping changes to assist Cam, he's gonna bolt from Carolina and go to a team with talent. It sucks, but it's the truth.

Delhomme wasn't nothing special either.  Anderson is better than Delhomme in my estimation, but the main thing is we build around whoever will be behind center with the picks we get in the trade.  I think there is a paralyzing effect when it comes to athletic QBs.  Teams don't build around them as they should.  That is simply the case here with Cam.

An OC that understands how to play call for the type of QB and team we have would make all the difference.  Yes, a better O line would be nice, but play calling that compliments what we have would be better.

Cam can't win games with any oline nuff said. He will always be that below .500 qb. He will shine when all the cards fall his way. But when the cards are dealt bad he will always fold.

When playing for the Panthers, Delhomme was ranked in the top ten every year until his surgery. Your point is moot.
