I guess my son was right about LaFell. Just another missed opportunity

Lafell could help us right now. He's a hard nosed player that helps Cam in the running game. He put up respectable receiving numbers. Only the fans who rush to judgement with their heart thought Lafell sucks. But we couldn't afford him.

Everyone is putting on a nervous smile but Kelvin Benjamin has a lot of drops this season.

It has always been the coaching.

Kelvin Benjamin would be tearing up the league right now for the Patriots or Seahawks if the Panthers did not draft him.

Cam is gone thanks to the coaching staff and GM. No one will play for these clowns.

They HOPE he's gone.

Sincerely,

Not passing to the endzone when inside the 30.

Outside of the Buffalo game (KC game two maybe three of his catches came in garbage time with the backups in including Garoppolo, his TD was in the 4th.)  he hasn't done anything spectacular. He's been detrimental in a lot of cases. In week one he was called for offensive PI several times. It's exactly like here in Carolina. Has some impressive games, makes you think he'll turn the corner, and the disappears for a few games or underwhelms. He's a role player, not a starter.

Don't come at me with that weak ass poo nigga if you ain't gonna know the full facts besides checking NFL.com for stats.

he is on pace for 1100+ yards and 8 TDs

and i quote:  "LaFell not now, nor has he ever been a good or great WR.  He's suck through 7 games for the Pats but uh, yeah this oen game makes him the next Anquan Boldin, I guess."

you are a fuging idiot. end of story. leave the thread.

i don't think anybody's going to argue that the patriots aren't a better top to bottom organization than the panthers and can squeeze more out of their players than we do

I'm pretty sure it was unanimous that LaFell would have a solid, 800 yard season with Brady, but there was zero reason to keep him here, he's not good.

LaFell has played well this year, and better than any WR we have not named Kelvin Benjamin.  Spin it how you want. That's the bottom line.

1000 yards in a season don't make you great. Or even good. Just solid. That's all he ever was. Would you call Nate Washington or Brain Hartline great? Good even? Or just solid guys who are a part of the best of a weak core.

He's a system WR for the Patriots. He went catchless in two games this season, and his only game with more than 80 yarda against not-backups in garbage time is against the Bills and today against the Bears.

Know your poo bro.

Let me reiterate

Don't come at me with this weak ass poo based off of NFL.com stats and ESPN projections.

If you're gonna insult my education at least try to school me, my nigga.

I've said the same in the other LaFell thread. I've never once said Avant or Cotch were better than LaFell. And if LaFell was here he'd probably be playing just as well as them.

you can't be serious

yes, having 1000 yards in a single season does make you good. what the fug? you are literally too stupid to argue with.

the pats were struggling earlier in the season, and lafell did too. they've come on strong recently and lafell has been playing very well.

Not..really? Good is a reliable player. Someone you can rely on and the defense actually has to worry about. Solid is just a guy.Comes in, does his job but nothing spectacular. Any decent guy can step up and get a 1,000 yard season if no one else is above them. Mushin was good, LaFell is just a guy.

I've never once said that LaFell hasn't played better than he ever has here, that's not my point. My point was and is that just because he put up a good game doesn't mean he's going to be the next eltie guy like this thread's trying to make him out to be. If he puts up continuous good games, then I'll eat my crow. Otherwise he's playing like he played here, just in a better system with a elite QB.

Stop insulting my education because you disagree with me.  Looks bad when you over project.
