Rivera didin't start Benji

Ron knows why....

Some people let anger hate cloud there judgement.

Rivera is a behind closed doors guy. People act like him airing stuff in a presser would be good for a team?!? So blasting Cam and Shula would be a good coach?

I'm sure Cam had a fair amount to do with it all. Calling him out isn't being a good HC after a loss

First and foremost, I'm not blasting Rivera or expecting him to air stuff in a presser. I'm simply repeating his answer to the question of Olsen's involvement in the Seattle's game. Nor am I expecting him to blast Cam or Shula. I repeated his statement that I found to be interesting. However you choose to make an assumption that "Cam had a fair amount to do with it all". Why would Cam not want Olsen more involved in the game plan when Olsen, is by stats, his favorite target? I don't expect Rivera to call out players or coaches. I do expect him to answer questions like every other HC in the NFL and hold players and coaches alike accountable.

    • Irony yes you could say that as long as there is no intent to claim that because he left we all of a sudden got so bad we are losing all the time. Which it seems like you might be trying to imply.  Did we lose something? Yes we did. Was it worth 5 years at 28 mil per? Not to my thinking.

    • First: What do you think the word ‘scapegoating’ means? Because what I said was not scapegoating.  They are two different players playing two different roles.  I simply said two things about Burns, if I recall. One, basically he is a one dimensional player that is doing well because they have a very strong front in NY.  Two, I was against paying his price because he is a liability against the run. One dimensional and therefore not worth it.  Summing it up: he e is a pass rush specialist, about all I have ever felt about him, and his financial demands made him much less of a value.  IMO.
