Shula doesn't have the horses BUT I don't see how we can keep him

How can any player settle into some rhythm with this team when there doesn't seem to be any consistency. Does the coaches on this team even pay attention to the team as a whole, or are they just more interested in wins by any means possible?

One week the have Cam in the pocket. The next is the read option. The next it's something else. No wonder the darn kid  and the Offense look so darn confused sometimes. 

 

Now that this team has gotten rid of most of it's Vets and the bad habits still persists, I have to believe it's the coaching staff. U cannot have a new crop of players and still seeing the same mess. It's either the coaching or culture with this team but something is wrong.
