Nothing wrong with him defending Jake here.  We've had our share of bad QBs, but Jake wasn't one of them.  If Cam with his talent showed the same sort of emotion and fire Jake had this conversation isn't even taking place.  I'm not saying Jake was better then Cam is, but he was a better leader and he did play with much more heart and you saw it permeate itself throughout the team. 

 

I'm talking about pre Tommy John Jake.

He needs to go back to the beginning of the season where he was playing better from the pocket. All of a sudden he can run and his passing game is off. Not a coincidence.

You may be onto something here. But I'm not sure how much of it is on Cam vs. Shula overdoing the read option now that he knows he can use it. I'm not saying Cam played well today, but it's not like it was entirely his decision to carry the ball 12 times though.

Amen, our Oline is bottom 5 in the League as is the WR corp all due respect to KB.

RB corp is a joke. We have an excellent tight end.

So Cam basically has a good Center, 1 WR and a TE and nothing else.
