Inb4 activate Stephen Hill

I keep waiting for them to activate Stephen Hill to add some much needed speed and a deep threat to our offense. However, it seems the brain (or brainless) trust is satisfied with the current group of receivers.Hill will probably only get a shot if it seems we have no chance to make the playoffs.

Some people think in stupid for saying it, but what would it hurt to activate him? Have him strict hour the field, even if just a decoy? Have him take an end around or two? We seriously need some speed somewhere.

I was called stupid and said he would be wasting a roster spot...as if Godfrey, Byron Bell, any O-lineman not named Kalil, Cason, Decoud, or Harper don't waste spots already.

richard sherman is still the best corner in the league. benji has great ball skills but i'm not sure i want to see cam feeding it to him in situations where he has to out-physical and out-grab sherman.

IMO cotchery and avant need to show the fug up in this game.

KB has a size and catch radius advantage on even a big CB like Sherman. That's why he was worth a 1st R pick. Remember, KB beat Revis several times in the preseason. Cam says he's going to throw at Sherman, and rightfully so. And Cam also said he's not going to be dumb about it, and he's going to make good throws and decisions:

"If the play is called for me to read it to Richard's side, by all means I'm going to do it," Newton said Wednesday. "And I'm going to give each and every receiver an opportunity to make plays.

"I'm not going to force it. I'm not going to be an idiot. I'm going to do a great job of protecting the football and be aggressively patient in taking what the defense gives me."
