In the Ultimate Marvel universe it's heavily implied they have an incenstrious relationship. The regular marvel Universe they are just really close in a sibling way.

there was a lot to see in the trailer... it's going to be a long movie. has to be, they're introducing the idea of Ultron, building Ultron, letting Ultron become self-aware and crazy and then taking him down all in one movie. that's a lot of story to cover

I honestly do not see what all of hype is about. Yes, it is a nice trailer but I'm not jacking off to it like the rest of the worlds seems to be doing.Maybe i was just wanting a little bit more than a bunch of random spliced together shots though.
