iPhone 6 +

So my iPhone 5 is on the blink. Had the battery replaced about a month ago and now the phone is screwing up again.  It will reboot about every two minutes, the phone gets hot...from the research I've done, the phone is basically toast.

 

So I figured I'd upgrade (due for one anyway with Verizon).  Apparently these things are still 3-4 week delivery so I checked online and there are none available at any Apple Store in NC.

 

Holy poo I can't believe they are still that bad out of stock.  

 

My phone is basically unusable so I'm not sure what I'm going to do.

 

And yes, I'm tied to Apple so leave the "get a Samsung" remarks at the door.

My wife just got the 6 after she concluded the 6 + was too big. I thought I would like the 6+ but I think think it's too big. I have an iPad so any non phone stuff can easily be done with that.

All that said the 6 seems to be nice and she is quite happy with it. She ordered hers (Verizon plan) thru Apple and got it within a week or so.

I am not too big on Samsung but some people swear by them.

A friend got the plus. It is an iPad micro. I have a 5s and think it's the perfect size. I stick with Apple for face time. It can't be beat. I've checked with other apps before upgrading.

Just save your money & get a 5s. They're free on contract or with an upgrade.

The new Nexus is hands down better, though. Will probably be the best phone ever released to date. Wouldn't touch a Samsung.
