I often think of the NFLPA as a joke. They are silent when they need to speak up on a certain situation and to loud on things that matter little.

Between Hardy still making the 13 mil and not helping our piss poor defense and the whole big legal mess he's in,I'm so frustrated I could punch anybody in the Panthers FO in the face!

He isn't banned from our facilities. He isn't working out. He isn't opting to be part of the team atmosphere.

Business side....it doesn't do him much good to come in rusty on a bad team for a few games and hurt his stock more with poor play. Last anyone saw he was dominant. What could would playing 5 games on a bad team do.....and risk injury and bad play (while rusty and out of shape).

He isn't coming to save us if he gets a quick innocent verdict

If he doesn't want to play.he should not get paid!
