This should have happen last offseason. Why in the world is everyone so happy about it now? Our backup nickelback was the least of our problems. We still have awful DB "veterans" that are collecting a paycheck. This is just the front office making it look like they're trying. Now if they started Norman as CB2, and gave anyone but Harper a shot at safety then it would be something.
