Godfrey seemed like a good dude, but he was an awful CB. I'm a little surprised they didn't give him the chance to be a backup at safety though. The move point blank to me shows Godfrey as the sacrificial lamb and relays the message to the rest of the team to step up or ship out.

Nothing you said outweighs the fact that NONE OF US are the ones making the call. We are making an observation. To suggest that observations shouldn't be made unless they know exactly what the solution should be is just dumb.

Make sure you ask journalists and talking heads on networks like ESPN to name some names for you when they point out how bad these guys are.

A step in the right direction for sure and honestly gives me more hope for the season.

I was really worried that we would just be stagnant and keep reiterating 'we have to be better, we'll fix it' bs. Reassuring to see FO is remaining fluid, we can't afford to get complacent and have to keep tweaking and reevaluating till we get it right.
