Want a rugby player?

Well? Still interested to know why polite pm's get ignored.

I just now saw it for the first time.

I would say you should create better threads. You neglected to relate to the Panthers in the topic and waited until the end of your post to mention the Panthers, I doubt a mod got that far.

Next time, how about "Should the Panthers look at this rugby player" as a topic.

In short, do better.

Tbh, I assumed the reason was that the mod failed to read the whole thread and that's why I politely tried to bring it to the attention of mods. It wasn't that big a deal but getting ignored can piss people off.

Next time, I'll make sure my topic is dumbed down enough, thanks.

not dumbed down, just relevant.

Do better.

Relevant? This thread doesn't even mention the Panthers but is relevant whereas mine clearly talked about whether or not he was worth the Panthers looking at for special teams but is not relevant? Ok.

Basically, all I'm getting is "make sure our mods don't have to read more than a sentence to determine relevancy." Or is it more like "you are not a preferred poster"?

(Nothing against your thread OP, but it's here for comparisons sake.)

Stop externalizing.

Start internalizing.

Do better.

He's an absolute specimen and would be great at tackling or finding gaps and running lines as a returner/RB.

Unfortunately looks like the Lions are already looking at trialing him: http://www.theguardian.com/sport/2014/oct/19/detroit-lions-to-give-jarryd-hayne-nfl-trial-according-to-reports

I believe it was the Lions who gave Carlin Isles a shot but cut him in preseason.

Everyone loves an underdog... If he makes it, he might get a movie circa Vince Papale in Invincible. Probably much in the same way as Papale, meaning he works his way up starting at special teams.

PS- Theoretically speaking, if he joins the team there's only one man in Carolina who can do the airplane celebration & I can assure you it's not Jarryd Hayne
