Making A Trade... Safety on the block(Titans)?

I'd trade a pick for a safety but I don't think any decent safeties are on the market at the moment.  Trades are rarities but something like that could be a decent spark.  I just don't want to see Godfrey out there anymore.  He's a liability.

I'm sure that is how Cowboy fans felt when Herschel Walker was traded to the Vikings. Yet they built a team that won 3 superbowls.

Walker was a RB coming off of one good season though. Cam is a 2r year old franchise QB that most franchises would kill to have. Totally different scenarios. Especially with the QB position only growing in importance with continual rule changes to emphasize the passing game.

Godfrey has to be the worst DB in the league. Has to be.

and once again... someone mentions getting ass-raped by... i mean trading with.... some team for a position we dont need. since the offseason, its been trade for X wr. here's a hint people. we dont need a WR. if we are going to make a drastic move to try to improve our season, like giving up draft picks for old as dirt players, then we need to do it at positions of dire need like CB, S, and OL. every time i read threads like this i cant help but to just shake my head. its not you FreeFua. these types of threads generally aggravate me. our WRs have been playing well given the injuries and personnel surrounding them to work with...

WR really isn't the issue, when Cam has time he's completing passes. Hard to say what the biggest problem is when the team has more holes than swiss cheese.

i agree, if we somehow made some sort of trade, it needs to be on either line or in the secondary.  i dont think one trade will put this team over the top.  i actually think we could be pretty good with the current personnel, there is some sort of funk going on right now and I can only point to the coach about that.

If there was a known secondary player or OL player I would've suggested them first. However, our WR isn't as fine as people make it out to be. We have a rookie having to matchup with the opposing teams best corner each week. Acquiring a WR worth damn would open things up for Benji as well.

Like I've said, we're in first in our division and it looks like our philosophy should be to try and out score teams at this point. Acquiring a number would also allow us to move Cotchery down in the depth chart where he'd be more effective. Instead of having to throw him lobs into the endzone with the game on the line or better yet run a flea flicker for him.

If not to improve atleast make a move to try and inject this team with some life.

while i kinda agree with that, i cant ever see our staff getting behind that philosophy.  and that is from the very top JR and DG all the way down.
