Chip Kelly along with Bill and Pete the only coaches that have final say over the 53 man roster. Think JR would do that if we got Chip? Highly doubt it

Gus as HC and Rex Ryan as DC would be my pick. With JR though we'll probably end up with another inexperienced DC turned HC and an overly conservative OC playing 1943 ground and pound football. CAN'T WAIT
