Something is intrinsically wrong with this team and it's affecting every part. Even players who are good at what they do haven't looked good this year. Guys like Newton, Kalil, even Luke have all looked poor. I don't know if it's a mindset or if Rivera simply isn't qualified to adapt to how teams have attacked us or what, but I've never seen a team like this. We are getting blown out every week and it's happening in the foundation of the way this team is built. Whether it's preparation or just... I don't know. But the whole team is exploding like a star and it's time to fire Ron Rivera.

I really dont know how a coach comes back after this. If he does its without a lot of the coordinators that were here this year. Talent is part of the problem but its not all of it.
