When your whole team looks lost. When you get blown out 3 times, it's coaching. Can't spin it any other way.

Ron had one lucky one hit wonder season. The rest of his time here have all looked like this.

That's Panther logic though and the reason we haven't had back to back winning seasons ever....we give a turd of a coach an extension even though he's been bad most of the time. He has 1 good season and the crew gets all happy because we usually suck and lose their mind....terribly ran franchise and it starts with JR.

I doubt Cam will be back after next season, unless changes are made. I know your a nice guy Cam, but he has to demand change. The only way it's going to happen.

The way the org is run we promote friends and fire anyone who goes against the grain. We reward loyalty which wouldn't be so bad if that didn't continually put us in a bad position.

Said it couple weeks ago this whole organization has let the fans down after that season we had last year. They believed their own hype and let it go to there heads. Taking bench players from last season and making them starters, handling the Hardy situation terribly because of the media, pussyfooting around in training camp.
