Pretty surprising move.  There were several articles published within the last few hours talking about how Seattle wanted to expand Harvin's role.  I guess this is one way to accomplish that goal.

If they can get a half-decent quarterback they won't be too bad. Eric Decker and Percy Harvin could be a very good receiving corps.
