Yep this. Long clock eating drives to keep Rodgers off the field, hopefully topped off with touchdowns. I'm worried about the offense this game going up against a 3-4. I'm still hopefull, but if the O-line doesn't hold up this game will get out of hand quick.

Great to see him back on the field, just hope this is his one and only concussion.

 

Really hope it doesn't mess with him, mentally, and scare himself away from going across the middle, or from looking the ball in all the way.

Besides, you know as well as I that Huddle members collectively meltdown every time we don't convert on 3rd down, so nothing anyone says pre-game will make any difference whatsoever.

So I say we are still going to run a lot to keep Rodgers off the field and suddenly I have been Debbie Downer all season?

I call it realistic

Personally, I would prefer is not run a single time under C unless inside the 10. I don't see the point....and I would try to play a ball control game out of a slow no huddle attack

Running under centre keeps Linebackers covering interior gaps and helps open the read option much better then trying to get creative with the run game early on. Its not something most fans enjoy watching but for us it definitely serves an important purpose.

I was just playing with you. Especially the part about the mental devastation. You know what the game threads are like...everyone goes berserk if we don't score a td on every snap of the ball.
