To change your team name click on your team page , in the upper left hand corner next to your picture there is a cog with edit settings on it . This is where you can edit your team name and your team picture.  Also you can not run out of money , you will always have 1 dollar to bid for your final player. If you spend to heavy then it limits the amount you have for your final roster spots. 

 

Say you draft Lebron for 80 and Anthondy Davis for 75. That will leave you with 45 dollars for bidding on the final 11 of your total 13 roster spots. The minimum for a player is always one dollar so even if you have 5 spots left you will always have 5 dollars left to place one dollar minimum bids.
