We've dropped 30+ points our last two games. If the defense plays atleast a fraction of how the played the first two games we win more than we lose.

Exactly. The d just needs to get a few more stops on 3rd and st play smart and sound and we could have our first ever back to back winning seasons.

@ Packers - Loss/Toss up because of GB horrible run defense against mobile QB
Seahawks - Loss
Saints - Win
@ eagles - Loss
Falcons - Win
Bye
@ Vikings - Win
@ Saints - Loss
Buccaneers - Win
Browns - Win / Toss up though to be honest
@ Falcons - Win

Overall record 9-6-1

Agreed with all of this except for the Browns. Gordon will be back by then and they are playing better football than us right now.

I'm guessing 8-7-1,

Putting my predictions out there now:

@GB - L: Rodgers wins a shootout with Cam

vs SEA - W: home game, 10am PT start for Seattle, Russell has looked mortal this season

vs NO - W: TNF home game, NO defense, Brees on grass, possible no Jimmy Graham

@PHI - L: Chip Kelly is lickin' his lips on all the way he'll exploit our defense

ATL - W: Falcons are a dumpster fire on both sides of the ball

BYE

@MIN - W: I think Ron is 0-3 off of a bye, but I think he'll finally pull one out. Teddy will be a good QB IMO, but without AP this is a winnable game.

@NO - L: Brees in the dome on a fast track vs. our secondary, Graham probably back, no bueno

vs TB - W: lol

vs CLE - L: Struggled with this one. They have a strong rush attack and will have Josh Gordon back. Just going by history, but we suck vs AFCN and 3-4 defenses (0-2-1 vs AFCN so far, 0-2 vs 3-4 DEF)

@ATL - W: Coming into this 8-6-1, we likely need this game to assure the division title. Cam wins a thriller in his hometown, 35-31

Final Record: 9-6-1 (5-1 division), #4 seed in NFC.

yeah the browns are shaping up to be a good team. Through in Gordon and they are a very tuff matchup

This is basically what it boils down to.

Defense gave up some close and I mean close 3rd down conversions.

Cam is on fuging fire and I don't really know what else to say. If the defense just holds on one or two more 3rd downs. We can be dangerous. We still have great pieces. We just need to pull it together

I agree. I have a feeling we just need to start getting hot on defense again and get some swagger back and we will be much better. The defense has lost a lot of that fire from last year. I wonder if Hardy's absence has anything to do with that.

I am literally embarrassed by people afraid of the Browns coming into Charlotte and beating us when we'll be needing a win for a playoff spot. You people disgust me. Cam and Riverboat are 11-3 all-time in December, 6-1 at home. And you're going to sit there and tell me Cam Newton is going to let Brian Hoyer beat him in crunch time? G. T. F. O.

Any given Sunday. I believe we will start stacking up some wins though. Historically under the Rivera era, we have played better football towards the end of the season. We will be fine. I believe the defense will get it together and Cam will do nothing but get better. We are in a good position but the way things look so far (still early and things can change), in order for us to get to the playoffs we have to win the NFC South.

Josh Gordon is going to eat Antoine Cason alive.
