He's struggled with conditioning his entire career.  It's probably one of the biggest reasons he can't keep a job.  He's a pretty good guard otherwise.  Kind of unbelievable that he doesn't make that a primary focus...

Well, sometimes guys who are talented but struggle with conditioning can be semi-useful when signed for less than a full season.
