Game-plan vs. Green Bay: Kaepitalize?

In my opinion last game was on Godfrey. I kno this is a team sport but when the other team gets 6 or 7 straight 3rd down conversions targeting you then a person have to start looking at themselves closely. If Panthers made even one stop the offense yesterday would have very much capitalized. I really hope Bene or Norman can play vs GB or we could be looking at another shootout.

I just changed it myself, this is what it was suppose to say before my phone was jerk:

Okay, so first of all, forgive me ahead of time for using Kaep in a positive light on the huddle....WHAT WAS I THINKING??? Well, for one, the Cincy game was a tie, lets move on. Please!!! Secondly, Kaep has "historically" (if you can call it that) beaten Green Bay. A huge factor has been his designed runs/scrambles, or at least GB having to respect it. Kaep totaled 181 rushing yards alone in their last meeting.

So I believe getting Cam some designed runs early will put GB on there toes, and at the very least, open up some passing lanes. (Kaep had over 400 yards against GB week 1 last year) I say break out those game films!!!

Cam seems to get healthier every week. If he can improve on yesterday's performance, against a lesser defense, he could really go off. Get him started early instead of waiting until the third quarter to unleash him!!! Cam is a better passer than Kaep, so the game-plan should work even better for us.

Do you guys believe this is the best plan of attack???

OR. The Panther's defense can go out and perform like we built them to be. Front 7 needs to get pressure on Rodgers and limit GB running game, while Luke and Davis limits their TE from catching intermediate passes.

Seattle did a good job, the Dolphins (at least until the last drive) did a fairly good job as well against their offense.

GB can get into shootouts because their FO decided to give Rodgers an o-line, and invest some cap space into their TEs and WRs, and they drafted a RB.

The Panthers, for the most part, took the opposite approach, therefore THAT unit needs to step up and shut down Rodgers and lead us to victory.

I don't disagree with anything you said. But after these 4 games, this defense is withering down my expectations for them. And it's ridiculous because it's the defense we were focusing on all off season because of the lack of focus on building an elite offensive line for Cam.

They needed help beating Miami. In Green Bay, Happy hour has come and gone.

They tripped up beating the Jets as well, if the Jet's coaches werent stupid enough to call a timeout it's a tie game and anythings possible, it's not an impossible game by any stretch of the imagination

Pie and quote for an actually decent piece of analysis before the Huddle Tie experts took over.

    • Happy Thanksgiving y’all. Thankful for a very good team and for this group to talk canes.  Eat drink celebrate our win bs the rags. This team is cup ready.
    • I don't think should be seen as an insult, legitimately. Teddy's floor was consistently a good game manager to his ceiling of border-line top 10 QB who's arm strength didn't blow you away but could make all the throws and generally made good decisions and had some sneaky athleticism.  Teddy started on quite a few teams. He had a good start to his career, had a horrific injury that could have ended his career, came back and played himself into being a starter, got a contract here (and subsequently became another victim of Tepper's impetuousness), and then started games for a few other teams. Teddy could have been a franchise QB had he not suffered a freak injury, and then he just never ended up in another stable situation. He still had a good NFL career that could have been great without that injury. Teddy before that injury did look like a franchise QB, and I dont think that's a bad comp for Young nor an insult in terms of what his career could be based on that comparison.
    • Absolutely the wrong take. We have to run and gun. We have zero post presence. We just have to make shots. We just can't hit water from a boat tonight and we're turning it over to boot. Then you have a poor shooting opponent shooting lights out.  Looks like a long season ahead of us though if Hubert doesn't adapt to this roster. We have to play a pressure trapping D and get out in transition because we aren't beating anyone in the half court.
