Hardy can come back any time. The argument is that he'll have sat 6 games after Green Bay so he "served" his punishment. JR won't do poo about that though. Panthers may lose sponsors and he'll have the Panthers take a bullet for the NFL's image.

The boost a player like Greg would do for this team in our current state is massive.

If you dont do it after next week though, you don't really have any ground to stand on to do it at all.

I'd almost be tempted to announce it this week that we were bringing him back to get people used to the idea.

That is of course what I would do. I have no concern for how the media thinks of Goodell so I'm sure Greg will sit all year to protect Roger.

Greg Hardy is done for the year, He's not coming back till his trial is over and that's not happening any time soon. Maybe not till middle to late next year at the earliest. He's out of the NFL till then.
