Cam went through his reads, nothing was open further down the field, so he hit the underneath route.  Unfortunately, Cotchery didn't catch it.  Doubt he had enough speed to make it anyway.

Cam had a very good pocket there though.  That's a play where'd I'd like to see him take off if the opening is there. 

 

But that was a poor 3rd down play design.

Cam chose to check down to a covered WR well short of the first down. Play gave him options.

Didn't even take a shot at the end zone.. brillant

 

That last play was our shot at the end zone. Every receiver but Cotchery was blanketed in the end zone and Cotch was the outlet. Poor play call for 3rd and 10.
