Congrats man! Must feel great, keep going, trust me it will be worth it! I lost 30 lbs and gained 15 lbs of muscle over about a year and am in tip top shape.

It's not just about losing weight it's about being healthy! My very very basic diet outline:

 

 

Veggies/Fruits:

Spinach

Kale

Romane

Zuccuni

Broccoli

Avacados

Grapes

Apples

Citrus

Sweet potato

Protein:

Low sugar, low calorie protein powder for shakes

Eggs(go light)

Steak (go light)

Salmon

Tuna

Deer meat

Yogurt

Chicken

Carbs:

Nuts

Wild oats

Whole grain bread (without sugar being a top 3 ingredient)

Long grain/wild rice

Beans

Honey (use to sweeten anything)

Fats:

Nuts

Milk

Cheese

Salmon

Peanut butter

Coconut oil (light)

Supplements:

Vitamineral green (expensive but worth it)

High qualiy fish oil (Omega via, nordic naturals)

High quality multi vitamin (Source Naturals)

B vitamin

This list consists of my diet for years and I have never felt better. Maybe this will give ideas or help anyone else out there.

Luckily I've never been much of a juice fan for that reason.

I LOVE original V-8.

 

 

btw congratulations! we all have things we have to work on and struggle with, its refreshing and motivating to see someone else achieve so much
