The KEY to Winning Sunday (Key Stat)

Luke will spy Gio just like he did forte.

Seems like that was a turning point in the game when they just stuck Kuechly on Forte and played man coverage.  From what I've seen, Bernard looks a little faster and shiftier than Forte.  I'm wary of the Bengals attacking the middle of the field with Gresham with Green out and the Panthers likely to key in on stopping the run.  It'll be on Davis to cover the TE and that could be a crucial matchup.

I don't watch the bengals very often but I have never been impressed by Gresham

hence why they drafted Eifert

Obviously we need to win the turnover battle in order to win but Dalton doesn't throw many bad balls. He'll throw the ball away or check it down before taking a gamble downfield. Dalton has only thrown 1 interception so far this season.

I also want to add I hope Cam is ready to move around in the pocket. Our OL vs anyone's DL matchup will never favor us but Cincy isn't afraid to bring pressure

Interceptions are only one form of turnover.  Forcing fumbles is a much bigger part of our game.  We have forced twice as many fumbles as we have interceptions.  (10 versus 5)  Turnover ratio is huge as well right now they are a plus 3 and we are a plus 4.  In all of our wins we had a plus turnover ratio and in both losses we had a negative one.

As of September 23rd, Newton had a 73 passer rating under pressure which is pretty good.  Dalton's knock is that while he gets the ball out quickly (dink and dunk) he is not good under pressure.  Newton needs to focus on not so much moving around so much as getting the ball out quicker when he feels pressure or throwing it away to avoid negative plays.

Don't litter my thread with this BS. Where would you like Newton to throw the ball when he's under pressure? I've already made one thread with Newton's 4 sacks against Pittsburgh and only on one sack would Newton have been able to throw to a WR and it was questionable at that. As for throwing it away, there's typically pressure in his face before he can even look downfield. Newton is alot like Big Ben, he'll try and make something happen rather than just throw it away. I'm fine with that.

I don't know why you are arguing, what am I telling you is fact not opinion.  So it is hardly BS.  And lets be real here, for you to be calling anybody else's post BS is pretty hypocritical since you are the king of BS.

And what you think is fine might have been fine when he was mobile and healthy but not anymore.  Both you and him need to deal with the realities of 2014 which is that he is going to less mobile so he has to be smarter and throw it away.  He has cost us at least 9 points when taking sacks which took us out of field goal range.

Only a fool would be fine with that when he hasn't made all these supposed big plays this year.
