After watching the Texans-Colts game tonight I can safely say JJ Watt is the best defensive player in the NFL.

Yep, that way we can see how many people are absolutely ridiculous in their opinions with a bias toward the Panthers.  Anyone who votes Kuechly is insane.  Their D is no where near the talent level in the box that Carolina has - the best tandem of LB's in Davis and Keuchly with an amazing DL.

 

Anyone who knows anything about football that knows right now, today and likely the rest of the year that JJ Watt is more valuable then Kuechly.  JJ Watt right now might be the best player in the NFL.  He surely is on defense.

I'd rather have Luke on my squad because, to me, a great middle linebacker is much harder to come across than production at defensive end.

Changed my vote to Luke. Much rather have a great MLB than a great DE. Would like both, but I'm not given that option.

The reasoning behind taking Luke is absolutely ridiculous.  Watt takes over games, without Watt last night the Texans lose by 30+.  Without Luke, we still lose to the Ravens 38-10, and the Steelers.  The only game Luke has ever taken over is the Saints.
