Suddenly the Giants are almost playoff-worthy? Right.

They absolutely are. Don't let the first 2 games while learning a new system fool you. They have scored 30+ points the last 3 weeks.

They have serious play makers on that team and could very well be finishing a top the NFC East. Their offense is much better than the Eagles and Cowboys at the moment. I understand the Eagles and Cowboys being ranked higher, but I certainly don't agree with it.

Week 6 disagrees.

Scoring that much on the Falcons doesn't count.

Yahoo Sports:

the Cowboys: that team looks good. Dallas traveled to Seattle in Week 6, beating the Seahawks in a notoriously unfriendly environment. Tony Romo passed for 250 yards and two TDs, DeMarco Murray had his typical million carries for 100-plus yards, and the team's O-line was pretty much an impenetrable wall. Also, Terrance Williams made an absolutely silly third-down catch , following an even more ridiculous scramble by Romo. The team is now 5-1, and 3-0 on the road. They've cleared the toughest stretch on the schedule, too.

Joe Flacco went shock-and-awe on the Tampa Bay defense, roasting the Buccaneers early, often and with impunity. It got ugly in a hurry. Flacco needed only 17 minutes of game time to throw five touchdown passes — yup, FIVE — against the lifeless Bucs.

Carson Palmer was excellent in his return from shoulder nerve issues, completing 28 of 44 throws for 250 yards and two scores. He connected on touchdowns with both Michael Floyd and Larry Fitzgerald, so, at least for now, you can feel good about all your Arizona skill players. Palmer's upcoming schedule is plenty appealing for fantasy purposes — Oak, Phi, Dal, STL

ESPN: Since the start of last season, no player in the NFL has more receiving TDs than Denver's Julius Thomas (21 TD catches)

Yahoo: As Julius Thomas was catching his second TD pass on Sunday, an on-field mic caught him yelling, "It's too [expletive] easy!" So that was pretty awesome, if you happened to be on the right side of a fantasy matchup involving Thomas. (Honestly, if you started Julius this week and didn't immediately send that Vine to your opponent, I don't even know why you play fantasy.) He's now up to nine touchdowns in five games, which of course is absurd.

a 26-year-old Air Force F-15 pilot who just returned from deployment in the Middle East, captain Eric Straub, proposed to Cardinals cheerleader Claire Thornton, a 24 year-old first-grade teacher, as the crowd roared its approval during the break between the first and second quarter of the Cardinals' game against the Washington Redskins. The proposal was shown on the giant video screen in the stadium. Straub is a Phoenix native who graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2010.

Chargers rookie CB Jason Verrett continued his strong start to his career by allowing just 36 yards through the air and coming away with a pass break-up and an interception.

Cowboys LB Rolando McClain: Remember when Rolando McClain had retired and looked to be done with football? Well now he’s our third highest graded inside linebacker through six weeks, thanks in no small part to a standout performance both in coverage and against the run in the big win over the Seahawks on Sunday.

Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski: Slowly but surely getting back to his best, Gronkowski showed how important he is for the Patriots’ offense with a big showing on Sunday. 94 yards from seven receptions sees him at 194 yards in the past two weeks alone (94, 100), giving opposing defenses reason to fear him again.
